About Vietnam Wedding Photographers
VW Photo are Julian Wainwright, a Canadian photojournalist based in Hanoi for 7 years, and award winning UK photographer Aidan Dockery who has been working in Hanoi for 5 years.
Julian is one of only two foreign photographers with official press accreditation in Vietnam, currently working with EPA.
He photographed his first wedding in Hanoi back in 2001 and has covered many since. He is responsible for group shots, documentary images and a large part of the picture editing.
Aidan worked as an editorial photographer in the UK before settling in Hanoi. He carries out a variety of photographic assignments including wedding, editorial, corporate, travel and events photography.
He focuses on candid and informal photographs throughout the wedding and is responsible for creating custom-made webpages for the images.
